- Once upon a time Fionn Mac Cumhall was fighting in the Co Monaghan with a very big giant. The fight lasted for many days and was very fierce.
In the end, Fionn stooped to the ground and picked up three very large stones and threw them at the giant. He flung them with such force, that they came right up to the Co. Meath and landed on the hill of Griananstown. They are still to be seen standing there.- Informant
