- When a dog is getting blind and old a cure to stop the blindness is to boil an ivy leaf and put the stem of the ivy leaf at the dog's eye lash & keep pushing back the ivy leaf.
A cure for a sty in the eye is to get cold tea & bathe the sty with the cold tea & it will cure it.
If iodine is put on a boil before a top comes on it it will cure the boil in a couple of days.
Celery eaten raw or boiled will cure chilblains.
If vaseline is put around a boil it will stop more boils coming.
