    A ghost appears climbing the quarry off Pitcher Hill for in 1922 a man was shot there.
    A banshee was seen by a man on Pitcher Hill coming home from a dance. The Banshee chased him up the hill because he was drunk.
    On every Hallow E'en a headless lady is seen driving round and round Millmount Square in a coach drawn by four headless horses.
    In Pat. Mc Quillan's field fairies were seen on a mound, and they are supposed to live there still.
