Convenient to the village of Gormanston there is a place called Legdoory, and in it are the remains of an old flour mill, also a flax hole and a winnowing bank where the flax was bleached before bringing it to the mill. The old flour mill was worked by the waters of the Delvin river.Mary Fleming
