- Mrs Lynch got the following cure for a man named Woods of Castleblaney.
She found this man to be a cripple and living in a 2 apartment cottage with his wife and daughter.
She had made an appointment and the scene was set. She was taken into a room and before a picture of the Sacred Heart there was a table laid with a plate of oatmeal, a handkerchief a small wine glass and 3 paper bags.
The operator filled the wine glass with the meal then put the handkerchief over it rolling the ends round the bottom of the glass and pinning it tightly
He next out the top of the glass to the chest and worked right round the body back to the same spot while repeating prayers in Latin.
He did this three times. Next the took the handkerchief off the glass being extremely careful not to drop one grain of the meal.
He emptied this meal into one of the paper bags, tying it up securely and labelling it No 1(continues on next page)- Collector
