- In the year 1822 there lived in Dunshaughlin a priest named Rev. Peter Mulligan. He is buried in Knockmark graveyard. There is an enormous slab of concrete placed on four legs over his grave. It is believed that the water that rests on the stone is supposed to cure warts.
- There is a graveyard attached to the church. There is a Vault in it where the Johnsons of Warrenstown are buried also Mrs. and Mr. Thomas Leonard.
There are many head-stones some of them dating back to the seventeenth century.- Collector
