- The 'Camp Field' is situated in Old Culmullen near Mr. Leonard's house. It was here Cromwell and his soldiers were supposed to pitch their tents while on their way to Wexford.
- My townland is Bogganstown. it is situated three miles from Drumree where there is a Railway Station and five miles from Warrenstown where there is an Agricultural College. A by-road which leads from the main road from Dublin to Mullingar runs through it.
It covers approximately two hundred and forty acres consisting of six farms. Bogganstown is in the parish of Culmullen and in the Barony of Upper Deece. There are nine families in it and the(continues on next page)- Collector
