- (continued from previous page)leading to Kilcarty to the left. The Curtistown road stretches from Kilmessan to Pike Corner where it meets the Trim-Dublin road. The Curtistown road is a dark, lonesome road. It is not tarred. In the Northern side of the village a road winds to Bective. This is a good tarred road. There are no very old roads in this district.
