    There was a man named Kenny Living in Ballinheag Bog in a little house build on a stretch of upland. One night he was sitting by the turf fire when he saw the ashes stir. After a while an eel put his head up and looked at him. He crawled across the floor until he reached the dresser, his tail still in the ashes. He crawled up the dresser and remained staring at the man who was too frightened
