    I'll rise from this bed of sleep to adore My God and to labour for the salvation of my soul.
    Oh may I rise on the last day to life everlasting.

    On Arising
    In the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ crucified I rise bless me, O Lord, defend me and govern me.
    After this short and miserable, pilgrimage bring me into everlasting happiness Amen.
    When clothing say My God clothe my soul with Thy nuptial robe.
