    The boys made little carts or barrows out of boxes and put wheels on the middl of them and two handles on the end of it. Then they give each other jaunts on them.

    They also made snares for rabbits. They get snare wire and plait seven or eight wires together. Then they make a loop on the end of it to catch the rabbit. Then they put a stick on a cord which is on the end of the wire. Then they go to a wood and put the stick
