    pressing board, square, goose iron for pressing, tape for measuring, chalk and thimble.
    Shirts are sometimes made at home. The cloth uses is flannelette, (linel) linen and cotton. In former times shirts were made from home spun linen from flax grown at home.
    Socks and stockings are knitted at home, The thread is not spun locally by the people.
    Special types of clothes are worn when going to special places. As going to dances women were long frocks. And men wear swallowtail coats going to dances and parties
