  1. Once upon a time there was a woman who had a son. The son went away to seek his fortune.
    Three years after the son was coming home and the mother bought a new suit of clothes and put them at the fire and had the (fire) dinner ready.
    When the son was coming home he was shot. When the mother heard this she never believed it and she always kept the suit at the fire and when anyone passed by she would ask them if they saw her son and she would tell thrm
