People bathe their eyes and feet in it. Nettles and watercress, when cooked, are good for the health. Linseed poultices are good for a stone - bruise or any swelling or to draw out a bad thorn or relieve a bad cold. Any man of the name of Walsh is able to cure ringworm by rubbing a drop of his own blood to the person. If you go to a woman who has the cure of taking dirt out of your eye she will put a saucer of water to your eye and say prayers and the dirt comes out on the water.
