- If a person has a headache very badly, sometimes it is his eyes that causes it. I know a person that was ill like this and got glasses and never had it again.
- If a person who had a wart on his hand or any where else were going through a field and saw a snail and rubbed him on the wart, it would be cured in a few days. If a person looked for a snail it is no good. He must just find one by chance in his path.
- The cure for a burn is to boil a cabbage leaf in white lard and strain it. When cold apply the ointment to the burn.
