    A cure for the chin-cough is to boil a hedgehog in milk and give the person the milk as a hot drink.
    A cure for the measles is nettle roots boiled and strained. Mix whiskey with it and give it to the person very hot.
    A cure for Sciatica is to get some stones in a basin and pour muddy water over them. Then rub them to the leg of the person and say some prayers.
    A cure for Hives is to rub soda to them.
    A cure for a sting is to rub blue on it.
    Another cure for the Chin Cough was to drink the leavings of ferrets milk.
