Told by Mrs Coughlin
Finnea. Age 50 years. - When my mother milks the cows she brings it into the dairy and strains it and keeps some of it in jugs for the house use. The remainder is put into large pans and when it is thick she churns the top of the cream. She doesn't churn the bottom-milk as there is no cream on it.
