    Bóraun _ (drawing) vessel made from a piece of hide. used for feeding horses.
    A 'creel' _ a low crib put on a cart when bringing home turf.
    'Cearc out of that' an expression used hunting hens.
    Gibán a basket-work muzzle for a calf.
    Snigging turnips _ term used meaning cutting the tops of the turnips when pulling them at the end of the year. This is done with a 'snigger' made from a piece of an old scythe. (drawing)
