    Lettuce is a cure if a person does not sleep well. It should be eaten raw.
    Raw Onions
    Raw Onions rubbed on chilblains will cure them. If raw onions eaten the last thing at night they will make the person who eats them sleep.
    Water-Cress
    Water Cress eaten raw before gong to bed will purify the blood. A dinner of young nettles will also purify the blood. Dandelion boiled and taken will purify the blood.
