- This is how daisy chains are made.
Pluck a handful of daisies, and make a hole in the stem of the daisy down near the end, not up at the head, and put another daisy stem through it. The head of the daisy, does not go through the hole. Make another hole in the stem of the next daisy, and put the other stem through this, and go on till the chain is completed. When finished it can be worn round the neck.
Belts can also be made by cutting out a thin piece of cardboard and sewing flowers on it. This makes a beautiful belt.- Collector
