- There were a great many more old travellers out some year's ago than there are at the present time. I have not known many of them but I have heard a great deal about them. Some of the ones I have heard are "Paddy Reilly and "Mike Farrell. "Paddy Reilly was called "Forty Bags". The reason why he was called "Forty Bags" was because he had a big bag tied around his neck and up to forty little bags tied out of it for carrying the different things he got. "Mike Farrell" was called "McCluttery" but I do not know the reason why he was so called. McCluttery was a very funny old man. He used to sing songs about everything he saw(continues on next page)
