    her nest in the top of a tree and she builds it of sticks. The crow lays four white eggs and she sits on them for a month. The magpie builds her nest of sticks on the tree-tops. She lays six or seven eggs and she hatches for three or four weeks. The lark builds her nest in the fields of grass and feathers.
    The Sparrow builds her nest in the hedges, she builds it of hay and moss. The Sparrow lays five blue eggs. The stonechecker builds her nest of hay and she builds it in a wall. The Chaffinch builds her nest of hay and of dead Loral leaves. She lays about five eggs. She hatches for three or four weeks. The robin builds her nest in a bank and she builds it of moss and feather. The robin lays about ten eggs and she hatches for about three weeks. The wren build her nest in a hole in a ditch and she builds it of moss and feathers. The wren lays about ten white eggs and sits on them for a month.
    The Starling builds her nest in a tree or under the eave run of the house, and she builds it of hay. The corn-crake builds her nest in a field and she lays twelve eggs. The Swallow builds her nest of mud under the eave-runs of houses.
    The birds give us different signs about.
