    There is a townland in this parish called Mullinroe and there is a fort in the middle of the townland.

    they slept for some days longer than on the first occasion.
    When they awoke again they had the same longing for food and they gave them all the food in the house to try and satisfy them and to try and prevent them from returning to the fort field.
    It was all no use they had to let them out and they ate the beef again and when they had eaten this time the father found them not asleep this time but both were dead.
