Here also they are feasting and merry making singing and dancing until the early hours of the morning. The bride's maid usually remained with the bride in her new home for a week.
The bride would not return to her fathers home from her wedding day for one month. The first Sunday following the month the bride and groom came back to the bride's parents home where there was a family party consisting of the members and relatives of both families. At the end of this, the groom returned to his home, the bride remaining with her parents for three or four days.
