    The Local Patron Saint
There are a few Saints connected with my district as St. Patrick, St. Mell, St. Foran, and St. Mary,
The church in my district is called after St. Mary and another one is called after Saint Patrick in Granardcille.
Saint Foran made a well in Mr Geagrahy's field and he left the track of his thumb on a big stone over the well and there is a lone hanging over the well
There is a cure in it for worms in children
    He had no monastery there.
St Patrick worked miracle he hunted the snakes out of Ireland and only for him snakes would be in Ireland yet.
    He was buried in downpatrick.
There are holy wells in honour
