Once upon a time a man was going home after playing cards, he came to a high ditch and when he crossed the gate he saw a man playing cards by himself, the other man commended to play with him, a card fell and the man stooped down to lift it up and he saw the devils foot, he knew it by the hoof. When he rose up all were gone.
