fierce one and that the priest who settled him died soon afterwards.
The house the ghost is supposed to haunt is Mr. Farrell's.
This ghost was settled about fifty years ago and it is said that if the window was opened he would get out. One time he got out and according to talk he must have been very fierce. He was in the form of a big dog and was black in colour. He used to pull chains after. He ran mad through the fields, and pulled carts, gates and everything before him. Then a priest came and settled him and he was never heard of any more, except that the window is barred up.
