    cure for kidney trouble. Comfrey was used for curing boils Hemlock was used for curing swelling in horses.
    Jaundice was usually cured by a charm, and this consisted of, daisies, primroses, and other wild flowers. A snail was used to cure a wart. In order to cure it, the snail had to be rubbed three times, then put on a thorn and when the snail would wither, the wart would wither.
