    halls in the country. There are four beautiful labourers cottage There are three thatch farm houses about two furlongs from the village on the same side of the road. About one furlong from the thatch-houses is a river called Listreena river.
    On the left hand side, starting from the village is a thatch dwelling named Mr. Grennan's who owns a shop. On the same side is the residence of the Parish priest. About one furlong on is a slated farm house. There is a small thatch farm house on the same side of the road. About two furlongs from that is the Protestant church and cemetery of Kilglass. There is a small road about one furlong from that leading to the Catholic cemetery of Kilglass.
