Pat Hayes Bellary won fame as a mile runner in Wexford, after running twelve miles to the park. Jack Walsh Knocktown rode from Rathangan to Enniscorthy after first Mass and carried his racing bicycle on his back.
The congregation that was at Mass saw him do it.
Mogue Carty Balloughton walked to Kilmore, which is in or about eight miles, to a football match, so did Daddy.
James White, Nickaree jumped from the roof of a house about five feet high.
