  1. Any number of players may take part in this game. A player is chosen to be "Tig" by a rhyme such as follows.
    One potato, two potatoes, three potatoes, four, five potatoes, six potatoes, seven potatoes more.
    "Tig" then counts ten to give the players a chance to find some wood. The players run around and the "tig" tries to catch them but if they are touching wood they cannot be tigged.
    If any player is tigged while he is not touching wood he becomes "Tig" and he tries to tig someone else and the game goes on
