after a while it became worse. About half an hour later there was a sound of cracking wood and the barn was lifted off the ground and it stuck in a tree which was ten yards away.
Bishop Browne was afraid that the barn might fall out on the road and hurt some one. He went out in a car and it was not long until he came back with five men. With ropes they pulled down the barn and gathered up the wood.
Not far from the place some cows were seeking shelter under a tree. It was shaking violently and after a while the tree fell. But it did not fall the right way and the cows were saved.
