    not get any milk from the cows, and one night he put the cows out and he watched to see what was doing it so he brought his gun with him and a little rabbit came and drank all the milk, the man shot the little rabbit and it run off and he followed it to see where it went to, so it went into a fort and when he went in it was a fairy woman and she was in gores of blood in the bed and had and had changed herself into a little rabbit.
    There is another field in Ballyboggan which is know as the "Dingle" field and it is believed that if you went into it, you would never get out again.
    There was a house at the back of Shiggings and there was a girl living in it and she used to be carried away by the fairies every evening and she used to be left back every morning.
    There is another fort in Curracloe in a field belonging to a man named My Cloak, it is situated in the middle of a field and is surrounded by bushes and briars and it is also on the borders of the Slob.
