    before a storm / at least so say the local fishermen & Seamen.
    It shines right in from the Sea all along the Morriscastle Coast and finally disappears at the old Castle.
    This is a belief that has found credence in these parts for
    generations.
    There also heard this tale from an old resident who died about 5 yrs ago / aged 84
    A Mr. Paddy Dempsey Ballygarron
    (Paddy Big John) and he was very accurate in all such matters.
