Written: 10th November 1937Near Borodale estate the river Boro flows and near a rocky place in the river there is a deep hole.
People have tried to swim down to the bottom of this hole, but anyone who has attempted to do it, has been drowned.

Nobody knows how the chest of treasure was placed there and it is also a mystery as to how the soldier came to be placed guarding it.
The elderly people of the district say that long ago people held great dances on the bank of the river(continues on next page)- Collector
