We have a field called the Maneen's Lock. It is called this because a tiny man was drowned in the gripe.
Outside of the field on the centre of the road four town lands meet they are Mt. Seaton, Ballyduff, Bellcarrig and Ballymore. Gorey and Enniscorthy Union meet in the same place, Scarawalsh and Courtown baronies meet there as well.
We have another field called Hudson's field a man named Mr. Tom Hudson lived there in 1726. Beside it is a field named Casey's field and a man named Mr Mick Casey lived there in 1825.
We have a bog named Kavanagh's bog, a man named Mr. Paddy Kavanagh lived there in 1928.
