  1. About one hundred years ago, a man by the name of Foley was going to live in a new house. A couple of days before he went to live in the house, he was cleaning up gripes and cutting bushes.
    All of a sudden he saw a man in the gripe.
    The man asked him "if he was going to live in the house", he said "he was". The strange man said "it would be better for him not to live in the house" and then he disappeared.
    Foley took no notice of the strange man but went on with his work.
    He went to love in the house and he brought his wife and child to live with him.
    Every night about one o'clock a strange man used to come into the house and make a grab at the child.
