About a century ago, there was a bonfire at Nash, Newbawn, Co Wexford, Barony of Shelbourne.

Every person used to bring sticks to this bonfire.
There was a graveyard near by, and a girl bought a cross out of this graveyard.
As she was about to turn the cross, she was lifted up in the air screaming, by an evil spirit.
The strings of he apron were found on the Hill of Garrigbyrne, Newbawn Co Weseford. The girl was never heard of, or seen anymore.
