    Carroll’s Cross. Owned by Jim McCormac Carrowkeel. It got its name because a man named Carroll was coming from threshing with a horse power. The power horse pulled to graze on the side of the road, he turned the car and the was killed.
    Caltra. Owned by Pat Fox Old Road
    It got its name because in olden times there was a churchyard there.
    Tullamore hill. Owned by Mike Kellys farm Backroad.
    It got its name because the old people say you can see Tullamore from the top of the hill.
