  1. (continued from previous page)
All get in a round ring and one says the following rhyme as the mother "Here come three young dukes from Spain to take away my daughter Jane. My daughter Jane is far too young to be controlled by flattering tongues. Then three representing the dukes go up to one girl and say " [?] Will you come out" and she says "No". Then the dukes go out and get in a ring and say "Naughty girl she wont come out, she wont come out, she wont come out. Naughty girl she wont come out to join us in our dancing". Then they go back to her and they ask her again to come out and she says "She will" Then they say. "Pretty girl she now has come, she now [?] has come, she now has come, pretty girl she now has come to join us in our dancing" Then the game plays on until they have everyone in the ring taken out and put into their own ring.
