    Potatoes are grown on our farm. We sow about three acres of potatoes every year. My father an brother prepares the ground. In Winter the men put out top dressing and spread it over the ground before they plough it in Spring. Then in Spring, they plough it first and they harrow it and then they roll it. Last of all they open the drills. Then they put out the manure with horses and
