    there is a crock of gold hid in a hill. Some men went to dig for it and they failed. One day Mrs Dillon was passing along the hill and she found a large copper coin. She saw some but she was not able to get it. Mr Clarke put back the clay in the hill and left it so.
    One day as Mr Burris was putting up a pailing at the house he found an underground passage going up to a monastery. The things which were used on the Alter are hidden there. They searched some of it and found a rusty box where the money was put when the people would light candles.
