    1. If the dog growls by the fire it is a sign of bad weather.
    2. If you hear a train going very loud when it is leaving a railway station it is going to rain.
    3. If the salt is damp it is a sign of bad weather.
    4. If the smoke goes up the chimney and blows to the north it is a sign of bad weather.
