   The people in olden times used to eat three meals a day. Their breakfast dinner and supper. The ate their breakfast at 8 o'clock, and their dinner at twelve o'clock and their supper at about 8 o'clock. They always worked in the morning before having their breakfast. Their breakfast consisted of stirabout and buttermilk and sometimes new milk and their dinner consisted of potatoes salt and herrings. and their supper consisted of stirabout and buttermilk. They used to fry the herrings with goose grease. The people used to eat
