  1. There are some fairy forts in this country one in Rathnagrew, one in Ballyedmond and one in Borkle. There are in sight of one another and there is a fence of stone and trees around each. Sometimes there are supposed to have been lights seen in them. Sometimes they go from one forth to another and if you met them on the way you are supposed to be led astray. The bushes grew very high but the people were afraid to touch them because something might happen them. Music has often been heard in them.
