    standing on the top of the stile. Lamb asked him why did he answer the horn the second time when he told him not to answer it. He said, when the calf appeared to him he got foolish, and he did not know what he was doing. Lamb told him never to go that way again at night. Byrne also said that he himself would never go that way at night again although he saw nothing that night.
