There was a noted Irish dancer who taught many a good dancer. His name was Davis. He came from Talbotstown.
He had a step more in the reel and double than in the present dance.
He was supposed to be the best dancer in Ireland.
He went all over the country teaching.
He won victories everywhere he went.
The best walker I heard of was a man who could walk twenty miles in four hours.
