- There are the ruins of an old chapel on Templeboden grave-yard. It is situated about a quarter of a mile from the Lacken Chapel. It is called St Boden's Chapel. There is a well near this chapel and it is also called St Boden's Well. It is thought that many people were cured at this well, because there are crutches, sticks, medals, scapulars, and Agnus Deis.People come from all parts of Ireland to this well to be cured of some ailment, and others bring bottles to take some water home with them to their friends who cannot come.
