  2. There was a man one time whose name Matt Byrne. He was popularly known as big Matt. One night he was coming home from a card game that was in Rathdangan at 12 o'clock. He met a number of little men carrying a coffin on their shoulders. They asked Matt to carry the coffin as they were tired so Matt did. The men brought him to Cranareen. Matt went home and he said he would never again go out late at night.
