"Gravel Root" is a cure for jaundice. "Dandelion": Stewed dandelion and milk is good for the blood. "Heather Tea": The tops of the heather stewed, and milk is good for a cough. Cures for Animals. Worm in a cows tail. Apply "garlick" to the affected part. "Cammomile" mixed with other herbs is used in making medicines for cattle. "Fedacuille". This herb is to be stewed and mixed with buttermilk and applied on sheep to cure scab. "March Malice" is also used in making ointment to apply to "scabs" or sores on cattle. "Comfrey" mixed with other herbs is used in making medicines.

"Lady's Mantle"; This herb is used as a cure for fresh cuts or to stop your nose from bleeding. In each case you have to chew the herb and put it on the cut or hold it to your nose to stop it from bleeding.
